Terms & Conditions
- In the event of a cancellation for an Airport pickup, we require 12 hours notice.
- In the event of a cancellation for a Central London pickup, we require 4 hours notice.
- In the event of a cancellation for a City & Canary Wharf pickup, we require 4 hours notice.
- If sufficient time is not given in the event of a cancellation by the client, the company reserve the right to charge for the entire journey.
LimoChauffeurs reserve the right to invoice/charge the client at a relevant 50% unless a prior cancelation by phone or e-mail of at least 2 hours has been given.
Payment and Deposits
- Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge. American Express 4%
- Our payment terms are strictly 7 days prior to departure except for wedding car hire where the final payment will be taken 14 days prior to the event.
- All hires are subject to the current rates of VAT 20%
- All hires must be fully paid in advance except where the hirer has a credit account wherein payment is due within 7 days from the date of invoice.
- The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Limo Chauffeur Hire.
- Evening hire rates are charged on hires commencing between 18.30 and 20.00 from London Postal Areas to Restaurants/Theatres in Central London and The City.
- Your booking may be subject to additional waiting time and car park charges.
- All rates are calculated from W1 – W1.
- Car parking, tolls & phone calls are charged at cost.
- The driver has the right to terminate the journey, without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).
- Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
- The driver is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. The driver is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. unsalted, accidents, etc.).
LIMOCHAUFFEURS will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to luggage. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is loaded/unloaded at all times, if accompanying the luggage on the journey.
LIMOCHAUFFEURS or its representative reserve the right to refuse passengers or to make the journey due to excess luggage as this is would result in the vehicle being unsafe whilst in motion.
